The role of Head Teacher provides an exciting opportunity for a well-qualified and experienced practitioner to lead the Early Years and KS1 sections of the school into the next stage of its development. The successful candidate will work closely with our partner school in London in driving school’s growth forward and ensuring outstanding teaching and learning provision for our students. He/she will be a role model in all areas of learning and teaching to the staff of the school and exemplify the very best of international practice. Particularly important will be the ability to foster and develop excellent links with the parental community as well as supporting the development of teaching staff, leading quality assurance and overseeing the best practice across the Early Years and Primary sections. The right candidate will be flexible, adaptable and will be able to remain positive and resilient when facing challenges.

Royal Russell School Vilnius offers an annual salary from €36 000 to €60 000. Our benefits package includes meals, flights at the start and end of the contract and a pre-paid SIM card.
